At the moment we provide two shipping methods: Registered Air Mail and EMS (Express Mail Service). The order processing time is 24 hours after we receive your phone confirmation (Our support team will call you after you have placed your order). All weekend orders will be processed on Monday. We do our best to ensure that your order is shipped as soon as possible. Before choosing a shipping method, you should know that it shall take longer to receive parcels sent by Air mail; however, it usually clears customs faster and with fewer problems. Parcels sent via EMS will more likely be searched and therefore held up in customs. We do not hold any responsibility for customs fees and VAT taxes. Make sure you provide a valid shipping address while placing your order. Any mistake may cause the non-delivery of the product.
EMS delivery
EMS parcels may be sent to 190 countries around the world. If you choose EMS delivery you will be provided with a tracking number which allows you to track your order online. EMS delivery time is a maximum of 14 days plus order processing time. Your tracking number will start working in 4 business days. If the tracking number doesn’t start working in the next 4 business days we will reship your order for free.
Registered Air Mail delivery
The Air Mail delivery time is a maximum of 20 days plus order processing time if a tracking number is attached to the shipment; and 21-28 days if we were unable to provide you with a tracking number. Sorry, we are not able to choose whether or not to provide you with tracking information, as it doesn't depend on us. The Air Mail tracking number starts working only when you have received your package, generally it is provided to make sure you have received your order. If you didn't receive your package within 28 days we will reship your order for free.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason whatsoever, please contact us immediately, providing a reason for cancellation. If the order has already been shipped we will need to handle it as a return.
Refund and returns
Before contacting us, please make sure that you take the right dosage of the products and follow the Instructions for use. Mind that the effects can be slowed down by taking fatty food and alcohol prior to the medication being provided to the patient. The medications we offer are generically equivalent to their brand-name counterparts. We guarantee that they are the same chemically and have the same medical effect. In case you are not satisfied with the effect our medications produce, please contact us to inform of the matter. We will provide you with the return address information and, as soon as the product is received by our returns department, we will start the refund procedure. Your payment will be fully reimbursed to your credit card/checking account. The refund procedure usually takes 5-7 business days, after this period the refund will be reflected on your account statement.
Tracking your order
You can track your order anytime by visiting your local EMS website. Please allow up to 4 business days for your EMS tracking number to start working. The Air Mail tracking number starts working only when an order is received (in fact it is mostly used to make sure you have received your order).
